One of the most basic marketing and business tenets is to identify the most crucial questions your target market is asking, and then answer them. It’s a great way to make connections through social media, email marketing, advertising, promotional materials – in short – through everything. Whatever your message is, whatever product or service you are selling, you are focusing on one thing and one thing only – solving the problem of your target client. You can show your expertise and ability to solve that problem by identifying and addressing their most common questions. When you start to consistently answer the question on the lips of your perfect customer, you will begin to build the only thing that matters in the client/supplier relationship – trust. It’s not only which tools you use to get your message out, it’s which questions you answer when you use those tools.
